I woke up this morning feeling like I just took speed but I still had coffee and now I can barely sit still. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Last night I learned The Girl’s mom can’t stand it when the umbrella over her table on her deck isn’t fully open and at some exact angle. The Girl’s nephew was supposed to sleep over last night just for fun. It was a failed effort. Do you remember the scene in Godfather II when Fredo was a baby and he was sick and the mom was trying to make him better while he screamed uncontrollably and Don Corleone sat in a separate room obviously frustrated by the crying and his inability to fix it? That’s what it was like at my house last night except for The Girl’s sister came over and picked the kid up and then he stopped crying and then I watched a recording of Bill Maher instead of doing all that fun stuff Don Corleone did.

This is a guest remark from STMJ in Washington DC…

I stepped in dog shit and my sandals have so many seams in their soles that it is just about impossible to get all of the shit off the bottom. I’ve used a hose and a scrubber. My sandals are now soaking in a tub of a mix of Windex and Finesse shampoo which I believe will melt away everything and be really good for my feet once I put my sandals back on. Please note, that Windex and Finesse was always the formula of choice for cleaning spilled bong water in college. Did I say that? Actually, we never had Windex…just the Finesse.
