On June 18th, in 1940, Churchill gave his Finest Hour speech. I’ve always loved that speech and in second grade I was accused of plagiarizing Churchill for my speech about bees and why it’s totally unnecessary to learn how to write in cursive. Less importantly, our hold music at Moosejaw used to be Churchill’s greatest speeches. Now it’s the soundtrack to Bring It On. That’s all.
