Here are some quick but important notes…

• I just ordered espresso cups online. I thought I should open up about it.
  
  


• I almost didn’t run or go on the elliptical last night but then I figured something bad would happen to me and maybe everyone if I skipped a day so I ran.
  
  


• I have only smoked a half a cigarette in my life. It was in the back seat of my friend’s Lebaron. I imagine I looked a lot like Johnny Cade. Won’t be worth looking up Johnny Cade…He is the Johnny from The Outsiders. Remember “Let’s do it for Johnny.”
  
  


• I used to like turkey, carrots and rice but I can’t eat any of that anymore because they get stuck in my esophagus and I feel like I’m going to die.
