Moosejaw Daily Madness

I’ve been getting a bloody nose every once in a while when I run. I assume this is a very good sign. Although I don’t stretch at all, after I run I walk for about a minute. While I was walking yesterday I ended up having a stop and chat with a neighbor acquaintance. When I got home I realized my nose had been bleeding and the NA (neighbor acquaintance) had said nothing. I could have died.
