- Most importantly, Happiest Birthday ever to Wendy in New York. Wendy recently finished her thesis on the philosophy of warm weather penguins and will actually be spending the rest of the summer celebrating her birthday. If you know Wendy please get her something really good and tangible. No card is necessary.
- Less importantly, I have to miss softball tonight. There's nothing worse. The person taking my spot at shortstop played shortstop at a division one college. If I lose my spot to him I will quit the team and quit my job and probably become a cabana boy.
- World Cup starts tomorrow. I was in Spain when David Beckham was traded to Madrid. No chance Beckham loses his spot when he misses a game but he's so handsome. Perhaps I'll get some botox before next Thursday.
